Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Employment Opportunities Specialists, Community Services Coordinators, or Disability Support Advocates. In this role, you will provide daily one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including employment, education, and community integration.


About the Role

Estimated Salary: $18.50-$19.43 per hour

As an Employment Opportunities Specialist, Community Services Coordinator, or Disability Support Advocate, you will play a critical role in supporting clients to develop and maintain meaningful relationships, participate in community activities, and access essential services. You will work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to create personalized support plans that meet their unique needs and goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide transportation to and from appointments, events, and job placements
  • Assist clients with daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Cultivate effective communication and problem-solving skills in clients
  • Support clients in accessing and participating in recreational activities and healthy lifestyle experiences
  • Monitor client safety and well-being, ensuring prompt intervention when necessary

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
