About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Training Specialist to oversee and manage clinical training, ensuring competency checklists and training materials are up-to-date with homecare and hospice standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and enhance competency by evaluating and addressing learning needs, designing tailored learning experiences, and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide educational support and collaboration by developing and providing educational tools and resources, including agency procedures and patient materials.
  • Conduct chart audits, offer recommendations for documentation improvements, and work with the IT Department to resolve clinical information system issues.

Requirements:

  • VT Licensed BSN required, Masters preferred.
  • Minimum two years clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience in home care and/or case management in a home care setting preferred.
  • Experience teaching adults in a clinical setting desired.
