Network Infrastructure Specialist

The Network Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the company's success by maintaining the integrity and security of our network infrastructure. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our cybersecurity ecosystem, endpoints, and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Administration:
Perform standard network configuration and troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance. Ensure the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.
Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate new network and IP telephony technology for continuous improvement. Plan and execute the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment.
Secures our Network:
Collaborate on the design and build of the Business Continuity Disaster Recovery plan. Ensure ongoing security through updates and upgrades, and backups.
Documents our Technology:
Maintain accurate and current LAN/WAN network/phone/telecom inventory and technical documentation. Maintain documentation and aggregation of support issues, resolution, and root cause.
Supports our Users:
Serve as support for issues escalated through the Help Desk related to all network, security, phone, and telecom infrastructure (hardware, software, and telecom) - with the primary focus on the downtown Seattle corporate office.
Wears Many Hats:
Provide back-up support to Systems Administrator. Participate in after-hours infrastructure support, including audio/visual support for executive offsite meetings.

The IT department is a dedicated group of professionals with varied backgrounds and tenures at the company. They know how to laugh, empathize, and get to work, operating very well as a team. Team members work in northern CA, WA, and MT and frequently gather over video to collaborate and communicate.
Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this role is $70.52. Exemption status under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) may be subject to review or adjustment. The pay range listed is just one component of Green Diamond's total compensation package.
Other rewards include eligibility to receive a company-wide annual financial performance bonus, and the opportunity to receive a performance-based bonus, candidate referral bonuses, and spot bonuses.
