As a High-Tech Vehicle Diagnostic Expert, you will work alongside experienced technicians and have access to the latest high-tech equipment in an air-conditioned and heated state-of-the-art facility. We offer flexible shifts during hours of operation and a fully integrated electronic multi-point system.

  • Examine and diagnose vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Discuss repairs with shop foremen or service advisors
  • Communicate additional service requests to service advisors
  • Plan work in cooperation with shop foremen
  • Provide labor estimates to service advisors
  • Monitor repair time and update service advisors
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
  • Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
  • Assist in mentoring technician trainees
