Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BMW Service Technician Lead to join our team at BIMMER PERFORMANCE LLC. As a Mechanical Diagnostics Expert, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues in high-performance vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in BMW vehicles.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for and accounted for.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BMW Technician with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in BMW vehicles.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and components, including engine, transmission, and suspension systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with service advisors and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
