Position Overview:

As a vital member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner. This role encompasses a variety of sales activities and responsibilities focused on promoting our products and services. You will address billing inquiries, troubleshoot service challenges, manage payment processing, oversee equipment inventory, and coordinate service and installation appointments. Your role will involve direct customer interaction, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention targets by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing appropriate products and services.
  • Clearly communicate product features, billing processes, and equipment usage to customers.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of current marketing initiatives and effectively relay this information to customers.
  • Diagnose basic service issues and arrange for on-site service calls as necessary.
  • Accurately balance cash drawer and verify all transactions.
  • Maintain a tidy work environment and conduct oneself in a professional manner.
  • Regular attendance is essential.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer sales is required.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of customer service and cash handling experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective cash handling abilities.
  • Valid driver's license may be required for certain locations.
  • Proficient in PC skills.
  • Sales-oriented with a commitment to achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other locations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
