- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve member experiences and drive business results.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial services or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on member satisfaction.
- Ability to work extended evening and weekend hours, as needed.
