Key Responsibilities:
  • People:
    • Assist the management team in building high-performing employees by training, retaining, and recognizing A+ talent, utilizing Krystal's tools and processes.
    • Partner with the management team to execute the Performance Management process consistently, ensuring employees are set up for success and held accountable.
  • Customer:
    • Drive a customer-focused culture by serving as a role model in resolving customer issues and partnering with the management team to train employees to meet or exceed customer service standards.
    • Coach and recognize employees for excellence in core operational procedures, utilizing the OSM and Company systems.
    • Ensure food safety standards are met through direct observation during shifts.
  • Sales:
    • Partner with the management team to ensure restaurant-level plans and marketing initiatives are in place and implemented.
  • Profit:
    • Execute cash, security, inventory, labor, and food control procedures during shifts, identifying and closing gaps as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Servsafe certification required.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, with one or more years of restaurant experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
  • May be required to travel to other locations, such as other stores, banks, or meetings, as business dictates.

  • Customer Focused: Recognizes the guest as the primary focus and acts accordingly, setting a high standard for exceeding guest expectations and motivating the team by role modeling effective service behaviors.
