About the Role:

Motto Mortgage Pros is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed production standards by maintaining an active pipeline of mortgage loan applications.
  • Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, attorneys, and insurance companies to gather and prepare all necessary documents to satisfy underwriting requirements.
  • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make informed decisions.
  • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners, such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large.

Qualifications:

  • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration.
  • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability.
  • Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor's degree required.
  • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required.
