Role Description

The Associate Field Technician is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the Triangle area. As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries and technical issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve technical skills and knowledge
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
