Dialysis Patient Care Specialist

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a skilled Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and conducting hemodialysis machine setup.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO. Experienced PCTs must also hold current BLS/CPR certification.
