- Collaborate with licensed nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and compassion to patients/residents and their families
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient safety and well-being
