Job Summary:
The Residential Associate position plays a critical role in supporting adults with serious mental illness at Bell Cove, a licensed Residential Treatment Home located in scenic Brookings, Oregon.
The successful candidate will work as part of a direct care team, assisting with daily living skills, therapeutic interventions, and clinical documentation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working in behavioral health, particularly those with backgrounds in QMHA registration or similar certifications.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Performing housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
- Administering medication as needed
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
To be successful in this role, candidates must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration and have a valid Oregon driver's license.
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential during the hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.
An additional 5% language differential is offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates, with Spanish/English desired.
Vocational Training Program:
ColumbiaCare offers a Vocational Training Program to accelerate the training and certification process for QMHA-I. This program allows employees to achieve their certification in as little as 6 months, making it an attractive option for those interested in advancing their careers.
