Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of employees, managing restaurant operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and employee development
  • Implement and execute financial controls to ensure accurate accounting and profitability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Appraise employee performance and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Prepare and submit reports and forecasts to management
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
