Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Project Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain sales contacts
  • Follow up on sales/project leads
  • Establish long-term, on-going relationships with clients
  • Meet established revenue and profit goals
  • Prepare client proposals and estimates
  • Respond to RFQ's
  • Lead Project Management Team for projects sold
Requirements
  • Engineering degree (BSME preferred)
  • 5+ years of project management experience within construction
  • 5+ years of professional sales experience within HVAC-MEP
  • 5+ years of design/build construction experience
  • Strong presentation, oral and written communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multitask
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Team player
  • Flexible
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
