Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Project Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify business opportunities
- Develop and maintain sales contacts
- Follow up on sales/project leads
- Establish long-term, on-going relationships with clients
- Meet established revenue and profit goals
- Prepare client proposals and estimates
- Respond to RFQ's
- Lead Project Management Team for projects sold
- Engineering degree (BSME preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience within construction
- 5+ years of professional sales experience within HVAC-MEP
- 5+ years of design/build construction experience
- Strong presentation, oral and written communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Able to multitask
- Ability to problem-solve
- Team player

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Compensation of $160,000 - $170,000 / Yearly
