Nurse Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Endocrinology team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with our endocrinologists to develop and implement effective care plans.
Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of registered nurses, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to provide exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with our endocrinologists to develop and implement evidence-based care plans, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
- Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or issues.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in an endocrinology or diabetes management setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
