Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for booking warranty repair orders, submitting claims, and maintaining receivables schedules. You will work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Book warranty repair orders and submit claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up on warranty claims and service contract submissions to ensure resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date receivables schedules
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure effective communication and workflow

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warranty administration or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • General accounting knowledge preferred
