Position: HVAC Assistant Supervisor

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.

Work Schedule: 40+ hours weekly, with varying days and times. Typical shifts are M-F, 9pm-6am, with occasional weekend work. Overtime is common, and a 5-6 day work week is typical. Location: Various locations within the Charlotte Metro area.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 35 lbs. consistently.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing a team of up to 4 individuals, focusing on industrial and manufacturing air filter maintenance and ductwork cleaning. Responsibilities also include assisting with filter deliveries, managing inventory, and performing various other tasks. Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record Required.
