Global Security Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Security Strategist to join our team at Security Management Resources Inc. as the Vice President, Global Security and Safety.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership
- Innovate and implement comprehensive security strategies to safeguard assets worldwide.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential workplace threats and vulnerabilities.
- Compliance
- Ensure the design, implementation, and maintenance of physical security systems.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and industry standards to assess impact and ensure compliance.
- Human Capital
- Develop and implement protection programs for executives.
- Initiate a process to assess security and related risks for all personnel traveling to high-risk locations.
- Safety Training
- Develop crisis management programs to mitigate risks and respond to incidents effectively.
- Develop and deliver security and life safety training programs for employees.
- Financial
- Develop programs and processes designed to mitigate fraud and economic loss.
- Refine and ensure successful programs are on target.
- Relationship Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive transformation.
- Build strong relationships with global intelligence and law enforcement agencies and industry peers.
- An academic degree in a relevant field with a commitment to professional development.
- A combination of experience in both the public and private sectors, to include large, multinational, diverse organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading people, processes, and programs in the fields of security, safety, risk assessment, and loss prevention.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
