This role offers a competitive estimated annual salary of $150,000+, depending on experience and performance. As a New and Used RV Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for promoting a high-quality customer experience, conducting demonstrations, and working closely with the Finance team to close sales.

To excel in this position, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of sales experience (preferably in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate), and be bondable with a professional sales license. You'll also require basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

This is a 100% commission-based role with estimated variable compensation ranging from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually. In addition to competitive pay, we offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement opportunities.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our inventory and products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Conduct effective demonstrations and presentations
  • Work closely with the Finance team to close sales
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years' experience in sales, preferably in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate
  • Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
  • BASIC computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
  • Valid driver's license
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
  • Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
