Sales and Marketing Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team at Brookdale GreenHills Cumberlnd.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Manager of Sales and Marketing, ensuring seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate community tours for prospective residents and their families, showcasing the exceptional lifestyle offered by our community.
- Develop and distribute various documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentation materials, to enhance our community's image.
- Compile data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, providing valuable insights for business growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with one to three years of related experience and/or training;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and vendors;
- Familiarity with personal computer software and technical systems;
- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional weekend, evening, or night work required to ensure shift coverage.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
