Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement curriculum for Nurse Aide and Allied Health programs
- Teach clinical skills in the campus Skills Laboratory and didactic instruction
- Evaluate and record student progress and confer at the end of each rotation and midterm
- Maintain a climate conducive to learning and establish cooperative relationships with staff and personnel of clinical agencies
- Provide instruction in clinical skills and didactic instruction
- Must be a Registered Nurse who holds a current unrestricted license in Virginia or a multi-state licensure privilege
- At least 5 years of experience in nursing and 1 year in long-term care
- Ability to travel to all campuses and various learning facilities
- Commitment to the Mission and Vision of Paul D. Camp Community College
- At least 1 year of teaching experience or experience as a Nurse Aide instructor
