Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of four maintenance professionals.
  • Plan and supervise daily maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventive upkeep.
  • Engage in hands-on maintenance work, especially in plumbing and electrical domains, as necessary.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of all maintenance requests and issues.
  • Provide training and mentorship to maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee inventory management of maintenance supplies and procure new items as required.
