Geriatric Care Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Berea Health and Rehabilitation, a leader in long term care. Our facility is comprised of professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of life for our residents, while encouraging the support of family, friends, and community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in geriatric care.
- Current/valid Licensed Practical Nurse licensure from the state board.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day and night shifts.
- Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or PRN.
