Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
  • Measure and weigh ingredients as required.
  • Transport food items to and from workstations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Store food properly, following safety and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Distribute necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and inventory control procedures.
  • Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
