Front Desk Associate

Miracle-Ear is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions and resolve any concerns or questions
- Schedule appointments and confirm customer information
- Provide administrative support to the hearing care team
- Collect and record customer payments
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Administrative experience and computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
