We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO and executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with startup leaders, gain insights into high-growth businesses, and make a real impact.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and previous experience at a startup or fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining calendars for executives, coordinating and prioritizing a high volume of meetings, travel arrangements, and events with efficiency and precision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining calendars for executives, coordinating and prioritizing a high volume of meetings, travel arrangements, and events with efficiency and precision
  • Organizing meetings, conferences, and offsites, ensuring all logistics are handled, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Anticipating the needs of executives and the business, taking proactive steps to address challenges, resolve conflicts, and streamline operations before issues arise
  • Providing support on special projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with the management of key company initiatives
  • Continuously seeking out ways to improve administrative processes, creating efficiencies and simplifying workflows for executives and the team
