We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at LC Staffing. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are properly designed and executed using company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Design and Execution: Ensure that construction projects are properly designed and executed using company standards.
  • Job Readiness and Communication: Responsible for ensuring job readiness, including job communication for installers, material, and equipment deliveries.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the project and actively contribute to the builder upgrade program.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Relations: Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors to build and sustain strong, professional relationships.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all required paperwork, including job packets, change orders, and timecards, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Skillfully measure, cut, and drill with precision, ensuring every task is completed to the highest standard.

Requirements
