We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at LC Staffing. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are properly designed and executed using company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Design and Execution: Ensure that construction projects are properly designed and executed using company standards.
- Job Readiness and Communication: Responsible for ensuring job readiness, including job communication for installers, material, and equipment deliveries.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the project and actively contribute to the builder upgrade program.
- Customer and Stakeholder Relations: Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors to build and sustain strong, professional relationships.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete all required paperwork, including job packets, change orders, and timecards, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Skillfully measure, cut, and drill with precision, ensuring every task is completed to the highest standard.
- Competitive Compensation: Starting Wage: $18 - $22 / hour DOE.
- Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance, Holiday and Vacation pay.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Paid Overtime as needed.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50lbs.
- Driving Record: Impeccable Driving Record with a Valid License and must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Language Skills: Possesses both written and verbal English language skills.
- Basic Safety Knowledge: Basic Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
- Commitment to Training: Commit to a training schedule to receive NATE certifications.
