Compact Tractor Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compact Tractor Technician to join our team at Parsons Tractor and Implement. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing compact and construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and hydraulic systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and management
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of work

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of Kubota and similar equipment systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
