Sales Development Specialist

At Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), we're on the lookout for a dynamic Chain Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Chain Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing sales of our dedicated supplier to retail chain customers.


This developmental role offers a unique opportunity to learn more about the industry, our products, and sales techniques, which you'll then put into action to achieve company and supplier program objectives. Your responsibilities will include effective account management, selling, and communicating results.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in assigned accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on each account's business operations and use that knowledge to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Ensure 100% distribution of authorized SKUs in cold box and on shelf in all assigned accounts.
  • Communicate issues, opportunities, and market intelligence with management.
  • Maintain accurate territory and account records.
  • Submit timely and accurate reports.
