Your Role in Creating Opportunities:

As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will:

  • Build and nurture client relationships by providing a comprehensive suite of clean energy tax consulting services, including project eligibility assessments, cost segregation analysis, tax equity structuring, financial modeling, and tax credit transfer evaluations.
  • Conduct thorough tax due diligence projects, reviewing tax credit calculations, verifying eligible project costs, analyzing financial statements, and preparing detailed summary reports.
  • Lead credit transactions by meeting deadlines, ensuring timely communication, and achieving desired outcomes for clients.
  • Excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment that promotes flexibility, independence, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Oversee engagement progress by tracking time, budgets, and deadlines to ensure compliance.

Qualifications Required:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA certification is mandatory (EA or JD may be considered in lieu of CPA).
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting, professional services, or a law firm, with a focus on clean energy tax consulting, due diligence, structuring, and modeling.
  • An engineering background is advantageous.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $107,000 and $204,000. Compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, skills, and knowledge.
