Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Developmet Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of New Haven and the Shoreline East. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth.

We have been serving Connecticut's commercial, industrial, and residential disaster recovery restoration and remodeling needs for over 25 years. Our team provides emergency response 24/7/365 to restore calm in the most chaotic of events. In addition to disaster restoration, we offer a full range of award-winning construction services to complete any size project.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with our management team to:

  • Maintain and establish relationships with commercial client groups.
  • Develop and foster relationships with residential referral sources.
  • Cordinate meetings, lunches, and presentations to educate clients on company and industry news.
  • Develop, promote, and host technical training and educational programs for target clients.
Necessary Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience.
  • An outgoing, sales-driven, and passionate approach to gaining and maintaining business relationships.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively toward company goals.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
