Job Description: The Lead Resident Advisor plays a crucial role in preparing residents for independent living under the direction of the Program Manager. Key responsibilities include:

• Shopping
• Monitoring diets to ensure they are being followed as prescribed
• Calling the pharmacy for medication refills as needed
• Assisting with administrative tasks as assigned
• Providing direct support to residents in all activities for independent functioning
• Filling in shifts as needed in any of the homes in the CHS program
• Participating in the development of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and implementation of goals
• Ensuring team members are informed of issues and concerns when necessary
• Completing documentation daily in accordance with Agency and government policy and procedure

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license from the state of residence with a minimum of one (1) year driving experience; a driving record free of at-fault accidents and/or moving violations within the past year, preferred. They will also possess good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in an unstructured environment, and display individual initiative, creativity, good judgment, and effective operational skills.

Benefits: Intercommunity Action I offers a competitive salary range of $40,000-$50,000 per year, plus benefits including certification in Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid, Fire Safety Training, and clearance in accordance with PA Acts 33 & 80.
