- Integration and Compliance: Integrate ICAM solutions and authorized cloud services, ensuring compliance with M-22-09 and SP800-53Rev5.
- Security and Governance: Maintain Zero Trust security, lead governance and compliance efforts, and manage customer data securely and cost-effectively.
- Incident Management: Manage privacy/data breach incidents, forensics, eDiscovery, and audits.
- Service Management: Oversee eDiscovery, data holds, auditing, and alert policies, establishing a feedback loop to adapt services based on customer insights.
- Security and Compliance: Share security event data with the SOC and provide guidance on best practices for securing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Device Management: Ensure robust management of enterprise devices across the organization, maintaining security and operational efficiency.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 12+ years of prior or relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience.
- Technical Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical roles with significant exposure to client communications and managing customer-centric solutions, experience with Microsoft platforms, including M365.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to rapid changes in technology.
- Clearance and Relocation: Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, no relocation expenses covered.
