Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and personable Retail Credit Card Sales Representative to join our team at kite. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building brand awareness and customer loyalty in a retail store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand of a Fortune 500 company and engage with customers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Support our largest sales programs in the U.S. and generate new business opportunities.
  • Work independently at retail locations to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow policies and procedures around sales, operations, theft/fraud, health/safety, and more.
  • Collaborate with field leadership and other team members to increase sales and improve customer service.

Requirements:

  • An independent self-starter mentality and the ability to build strong rapport with customers.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting.
  • The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A hunger to earn a higher income in an uncapped commission sales environment.
