Key Responsibilities:

  • Train department associates effectively through certified trainers to enhance their skills.
  • Facilitate clear communication within the department and across the organization using established communication tools.
  • Ensure adherence to company sanitation, safety, and food safety protocols.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Report any necessary equipment repairs or maintenance, ensuring a clean and hazard-free workspace.
  • Oversee the handling of various sales transactions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Operational Oversight:

  • Supervise the efficient functioning of the service desk and front-end operations, ensuring cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Secure cash drawers at all times when unattended to protect company assets.
  • Understand labor and productivity metrics, including scheduling and inventory management.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and service observations in line with company standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with cashier and service desk duties as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of store operations and merchandising practices.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Proven interpersonal and organizational abilities, with a desire to lead a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and technical requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements.
Physical Requirements:

  • Proficient in using computers and communication systems for job functions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift products of varying weights.
  • Capable of handling cleaning substances and other materials.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Meet established performance standards for the role.
  • Visual acuity to verify identification and process transactions accurately.
