Essential Qualifications:
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this role.
  • A degree in a STEM field is typically required, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a high-complexity aerospace production environment.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems and conveying work instructions effectively.
  • Proven track record in implementing significant value stream improvements.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical information and building consensus.
  • A passion for science and engineering, with a focus on continuous learning.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
