  • Project Management & Team Support: Lead and manage large and complex projects and teams, provide direction on prioritization of work, ensure quality of work, and serve as a technical subject matter expert on predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Solution Development: Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical leaders and business customers, develop solutions to transform data into actionable information, and drive alignment and implementation.
  • Technical Exploration & Development: Guide project teams in requirements gathering, design, and development of complex applications, provide technical education on advanced analytics, and drive analytics teams to maturity in predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Demonstrate 3 or more of the following: knowledge of database architecture frameworks, procedures for increasing database accuracy and accessibility, and knowledge of the business to support stakeholder data needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters in a quantitative field or relevant work experience.
  • Experience writing specs and requirements, configuring Adobe Analytics for site tagging, and proficient with data tools such as GCP Big Query, Mini Tab, Workfront, or SQL.
