We are looking for a skilled Marketing & Sales Coordinator to enhance our census and revenue efforts while driving marketing and sales initiatives. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting articles for newsletters
  • Creating informational flyers and instructional materials
  • Conducting community tours
  • Managing customer records database, generating reports, and providing user training
  • Overseeing social media content and postings
  • Responding to inquiries and requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution or two to four years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and the capacity to learn new software applications, including customer records management and desktop publishing tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed and participate in required training
