Job Title: Child & Family Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Child & Family Therapist to join our team at Compass Health in Oak Harbor. As a key member of our Children's Intensive Services program, you will work closely with children and their families to provide individualized, creative, and strength-based approaches to support their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services using evidence-based practice models to support children and families in a least restrictive environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, interventions, and follow-up services to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
  • Participate in the rotation of an after-hours crisis/emergency response team to provide initial crisis assessment, safety risk, and outreach as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science-related field (MA, MS, MSW) required.
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC.
  • Meets educational and training requirements for designation as a Child Mental Health Specialist preferred.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
