Role Summary
As a Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring customer adoption, retention, growth, and overall satisfaction. By fostering partnerships and collaboration, you will guide our Enterprise clients in achieving their business objectives and maximizing the value derived from their investment in Enlyft. Regular interaction with clients will be essential to build strong relationships, raise awareness of available resources, ensure timely renewals, and identify growth opportunities. You will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, championing their success.
Location:
Remote work with occasional travel to client locations and flexibility for quarterly team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client relationships to maintain overall health and satisfaction.
- Implement clients' operational goals to drive adoption, enhance success, ensure value realization, and reduce churn risk.
- Create tailored customer education, onboarding, and implementation strategies to facilitate user-focused training and engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering teams to fulfill client objectives and provide exceptional partnership, including the development of customized programs and AI models.
- Expand customer relationships to uncover new sales opportunities (up-sell or cross-sell).
- Drive renewal strategies and ensure timely renewals; take ownership of customer retention metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to end users and management, promoting product adoption and ensuring alignment with operational priorities.
- Provide ongoing insights to leadership regarding user experience improvements, product capabilities, and engagement processes to identify new product development opportunities.
- Maintain industry knowledge, particularly regarding sales and marketing products, to enhance customer engagement with relevant features.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an Enterprise Customer Success role within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with Fortune 500 clients.
- Experience utilizing complex data to support clients' strategic goals and KPIs.
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite executives, VP, and Director-level contacts, as well as day-to-day users.
- Strong project management skills and experience leveraging internal resources to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
- Passionate about helping clients maximize the benefits of the Enlyft platform.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales funnels.
- Experience or interest in working within a dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
