Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Turnover and Inspection: Ensure that rooms are turned efficiently and in accordance with our cleanliness standards, and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Supervision and Support: Supervise and support Room Attendants in their daily tasks, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Supply Management: Ensure that Room Attendants have all the necessary supplies to carry out their duties, and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
  • Key Control and Security: Assist with key control and ensure that all keys are accounted for and secure.
  • Multitasking and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Departmental Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with all departmental policies and procedures, and assist with the development and implementation of new policies as needed.
  • Annual Reviews and Payroll: Assist with the department's annual reviews and payroll processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with a preference for those with experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
