Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all necessary supplies, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Take and process orders for drinks, mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes, and practice prudent portion control.
  • Check guests for proper identification, detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, and demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws.
  • Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed.
  • Lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops, and secure bank.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
