About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all in-person, phone, and internet sales leads, utilizing our sales and lead management software, and maintaining weekly contact with each customer during the building process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all sales leads and maintain relationships with customers
  • Utilize sales and lead management software to track and analyze sales data
  • Research and understand the area competition
  • Identify and build relationships with top real estate offices
  • Attend weekly neighborhood construction meetings and sales team meetings
