Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customer experience and ensure high levels of satisfaction, as measured through online feedback.
  • Provide prompt responses to inquiries from potential clients.
  • Develop precise project scopes and prepare estimates using advanced software tools.
  • Facilitate negotiations with clients regarding project details and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate and manage crews and resources for ongoing projects, including subcontractors.
  • Review documentation related to job sites to ensure compliance with client requirements and billing procedures.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Manage production costs, including equipment and material resources.
  • Enforce safe work practices and ensure adherence to safety regulations at all times.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of production team members.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with intermediate math and computer proficiency.
  • Experience in the cleaning and restoration industry is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred certifications include IICRC, and familiarity with Xactimate is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and to remain active for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
