  • Supervise shifts, conduct pre-shift meetings, and document shift activities.

  • Direct the efforts of up to 30 team members at any given time.
  • Delegate tasks to staff and ensure their completion.

  • Maintain composure and alertness during busy periods and emergencies, serving as a role model.

  • Assist management in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Collaborate with lounge management to address service-related issues.
  • Monitor alcohol service and report any concerns to management.
  • Stay informed about regulatory agency requirements.
  • Maintain necessary certifications related to alcohol and food service.
  • Perform administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with TSA and local airport authority regulations.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in guest service or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
  • Effective presentation skills in individual and group settings.
  • Capacity to remain composed under pressure and be aware of surroundings.

  • Ability to stand for the duration of the scheduled shift.
  • Handle the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
  • Lift and move items up to 40 pounds as needed.
  • Perform normal job functions that include walking, bending, and twisting.
  • Report work activities regularly and punctually.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Pass a security background check for airport employment.
