This role involves serving as the first point of contact for guests, managing conference room scheduling, and overseeing lab movements. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing P-Card transactions, reimbursements, and other tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. They will also have proficient computer skills and experience with office software and email applications.

This is a full-time position that requires individuals to work fully on-site. The expected pay range for this position is $31,790 - $37,960 per year, based on factors such as scope, responsibilities, qualifications, and location.
