Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to evaluate patient progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and case management services as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a social or health services field.
  • Prefer Bachelor's or Master's degree in a social or health services field.
  • Prior experience in an addiction recovery and/or MAT environment.
  • SACIT or eligible certification.
