Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida. Our Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS) Program offers quality out-patient opioid maintenance therapy to individuals suffering from the effects of Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and highly empathic individual to join our specialized treatment team as a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Technician. This is a critically important position that offers a unique opportunity to impact meaningful and positive change in the lives of individuals suffering from the effects of Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care in a fast-paced, out-patient substance use disorder treatment setting
  • Administer drug screens and verify insurance/grant eligibility
  • Document patient information in electronic health records
  • Review financial documents with patients and accept payments for treatment fees
  • Bank deposits and answer phones
  • Distribute faxes and facilitate food & drink sales
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Administrative/office assistant experience preferred
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to pass a drug screen and level II background check
  • Ability to manage time and resources, speak coherently, and convey concepts
  • Computer proficiency and ability to sit at a desk and view a display screen for extended periods of time

  • Monday 5:15AM to 1:15PM
  • Tuesday 5:15AM to 1:15PM
  • Wednesday 5:15AM to 1:15PM
  • Thursday 5:15AM to 1:15PM
  • Friday 5:15AM to 1:15PM
  • Saturday: 5:15AM to 10:15AM
  • Sunday: 5:15AM to 10:15AM
