Key Responsibilities:

- Support senior brokers in transaction negotiations and documentation processes.
- Maintain communication with clients, providing them with relevant market and industry information.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 0 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate or business-to-business sales.
- Proven track record in business development and sales performance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.

Preferred:
- State Real Estate License (to be obtained within 90 days of employment).
- Background in corporate real estate, consulting, or finance is advantageous; familiarity with real estate fundamentals is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
